Easy, No Quibble Returns & Cancellations
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, and are returning, not replacing the item, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.
In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return damaged items before contacting us.
Important: Refunds can only be credited against the payment method used to make the purchase.

If the order has not shipped at the time we receive your request, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, we regret that we cannot call back the articles. Please see the return policy for returning your order and requesting a refund.
